Is it necessary to present identification?

For accommodation at our unit, we require your identification for internal registration. However, considering our clients' privacy and the professional confidentiality we are obliged to maintain, this information will not be disclosed or used for purposes other than ensuring the safety of our clients.

When checking in, you will need to present an identification document before selecting the service. Accepted documents include identity cards, citizen cards, driver's licenses, or passports.

What are the operating hours for the Royal SPA Circuit?

The spa circuits have a duration of 120 minutes. The first circuit starts at 10:00 AM, and the last daytime circuit starts at 8:00 PM.

Are children allowed in the SPA Circuit?

The use of our Spa is permitted for children over the age of 16. Children aged 5 to 15 may use the Spa Circuit between 10:00 AM and 11:50 AM.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the Hotel?

Check-in can be done from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out should be completed by 12:00 PM.

Are you open 24 hours?

Yes, we are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
